STEPHEN DUDLEY

As Chief Financial Officer, Steve is responsible for the overall financial management of the company. He leads Imagination’s finance organisation, overseeing the Group’s accounting, tax, treasury, reporting, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities.

With over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance roles, spanning both private equity-backed and listed businesses, Steve has successfully held senior finance and operational positions at Expedia, Babylon Health, and, most recently, served as Vice President of Corporate Finance at Imagination.

Steve is a Chartered Management Accountant and holds a BA (Hons) degree from DeMontfort University, Leicester.
