Nick brings extensive experience in leading people and talent functions across complex organisations, including Amec Plc and Halliburton’s Graphics Division. Alongside this, he has a strong background in general management, operations, and business development, having successfully grown the EMEA, Asia, and India operations of Varian Inc and Agilent Technologies. His career has also been defined by driving large-scale transformation programmes, helping organisations adapt and thrive through significant change.

With wide-ranging international experience, having lived in the Middle East, Asia, and Europe, Nick brings a global perspective to his leadership and a deep understanding of how to unlock potential across diverse teams and markets.
